Tamannaah Bhatia leases Rs 18 lakhs office, mortgages flats for Rs 7.84 crores: Reports 

Popular actress Tamannaah Bhatia recently made headlines with two significant real estate transactions in Mumbai. According to reports, she secured a premium office space in the city and mortgaged several properties.

Luxury Office Space in Juhu Tara The actress reportedly leased a 6,065-square-foot commercial property in Mumbai's affluent Juhu Tara area. The five-year lease agreement with Nanavati Construction comes at a monthly rent of Rs 18 lakh. The rent is subject to an increase in the fourth and fifth years, reaching Rs 20.16 lakh and Rs 20.96 lakh per month, respectively. The deal was reportedly finalised on June 27th, with Bhatia paying a security deposit of Rs 72 lakh. Mortgage on Andheri Apartments In a separate transaction, Tamannaah reportedly mortgaged three of her apartments located on Veera Desai Road in Andheri to lender Indian Bank. The total value of the mortgage is reported to be Rs 7.84 crore. The deal was registered on June 14th, with Bhatia paying a stamp duty of Rs 4.70 lakh.

Coming to the professional front, she will be seen next in the upcoming film Vedaa, alongside John Abraham and Sharvari Wagh. The film is slated for release on Independence Day. Additionally, Bhatia is reported to have a special dance number in the upcoming film Stree 2, starring Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao.

Tunisha Sharma death case: Sheezan Khan talks about Ali Baba co-star after stepping out of jail; says, “she would have fought for me”

On December 24, actress Tunisha Sharma died of suicide on the sets of SAB TV’s popular show Ali Baba: Dastaan-e-Kabul.
